UrgoTul Ag/Silver (10cm x 12cm) is an advanced, sterile antimicrobial wound dressing designed for wounds at risk of or showing signs of local infection. It utilizes TLC-Ag Technology, a patented lipidocolloid healing matrix that releases silver ions to provide broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.
Non-Adherent & Pain-Free: The lipidocolloid matrix forms a gel upon contact with wound exudate, ensuring the dressing does not stick to the wound bed. This allows for atraumatic removal and protects newly formed tissue.
Antimicrobial Action: Gradually releases silver ions that are effective against a wide range of microorganisms, including antibiotic-resistant strains like MRSA and VRE.
