UrgoStart Micro Adhesive (10cmX10cm)

UrgoStart Micro Adhesive (10cm x 10cm) is an advanced, sterile, hydrocellular lipido-colloid dressing designed specifically to accelerate the healing process of chronic and longstanding acute wounds.

Healing Accelerator: It actively re-establishes wound equilibrium by neutralising excess Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs). In chronic wounds, these enzymes often exist in excess, causing continuous degradation of the extracellular matrix and stalling the healing process.

Moist Environment: On contact with wound fluid (exudate), the matrix forms a lipido-colloid gel that maintains the ideal moist environment for essential repair cells like fibroblasts and keratinocytes to function.

Atraumatic Removal: The gel prevents the dressing from adhering to the wound bed, ensuring painless dressing changes that do not damage newly formed tissue.
