Omnigel Spray 75 gm contains Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate (as a pain killer), Linseed oil (as anti-inflammatory), and Menthol (as cooling agent). Omnigel Spray 75 gm works by first cooling the skin and then warming it up that interferes with the pain signal transmission through nerves. Together Omnigel Spray 75 gm works by blocking the release of chemical messengers that causes pain and inflammation with redness and swelling.

Before using Omnigel Spray 75 gm, tell your doctor if you are allergic to Omnigel Spray 75 gm other pain killers (like ibuprofen, naproxen, celecoxib) or if you have any other allergies. Use of Omnigel Spray 75 gm is contraindicated in the people who have asthma, liver disease, kidney disease, stomach/intestine problems (bleeding, ulcers, Crohn's disease), cardiovascular diseases (heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke), swelling (oedema, fluid retention), blood disorders (such as anaemia), bleeding/clotting problems. Omnigel Spray 75 gm should not be given to children less than 2 years of age. The use of Omnigel Spray 75 gm should be done with caution in the elderly as they have a high risk of kidney damage and gastrointestinal bleeding.
Drug Interactions
Drug-Drug Interaction: Omnigel Spray 75 gm may interact with ACE inhibitors (captopril, lisinopril), angiotensin II receptor blockers (losartan, valsartan), cidofovir, corticosteroids (dexamethasone, prednisone), lithium, methotrexate, diuretics (furosemide). Omnigel Spray 75 gm may increase the risk of bleeding when used with other drugs that also may cause bleeding.
