Directions for Use
- Take 30g(3 tbsp) of Manna Health Mix, stir with 300ml(1 1/4 cups) water or milk, so no lumps are formed.
- Place on stove and bring to boil,stir continuously for 3 minutes to avoid lumps.
- Add sugar or honey to taste.
- Serve warm.
