KZ Lotion 50 ml belongs to a class of drugs called 'antifungal' primarily used to treat fungal infections of the skin like ringworm, jock itch, athlete’s foot, seborrheic dermatitis (dry, flaky skin on the face, scalp, chest, upper back or ears) and pityriasis (a type of skin rash that causes scaly, discoloured patches on chest, back, legs and arms).

Directions for Use

Topically (cream/gel): Wash and dry the infected area of skin. Take a small amount of KZ Lotion 50 ml on the finger and gently rub on the clean and dry affected area and surrounding skin. KZ Lotion 50 ml is only for external use. Avoid contact of KZ Lotion 50 ml with nose, mouth or eyes. In case KZ Lotion 50 ml comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly. Wash your hands before and after using KZ Lotion 50 ml if hands are not the affected area to prevent the spread of infection.Shampoo: Use KZ Lotion 50 ml in shampoo form as prescribed by your doctor only. Wash your hair with KZ Lotion 50 ml and leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly.Orally: If you are prescribed KZ Lotion 50 ml in oral form, swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water. Take KZ Lotion 50 ml with food to avoid stomach upset. Do not break, crush or chew it.

Side Effects of KZ Lotion 50 ml

Like all medicines, KZ Lotion 50 ml can cause some common side effects such as dry skin, itching, redness or burning sensation of the skin. Most of these side effects of KZ Lotion 50 ml do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
