Directions For Use:

• Squeeze the bottle until 10 or 20 ml dispenser fills

• Rinse the mouth with the Swish oil vigorously for 60 - 90 seconds in the morning and at bedtime

• When done, do not swallow

• Spit and rinse the mouth with water immediately

• For best results, swish twice a day after brushing the teeth

• Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing—best for adults and children above 12 years of age

• Instruct children below 12 years of age about good rinsing habits (to prevent swallowing)

• Supervise children until they are capable of using without supervision.
