1) For 100 gm of Idly Mix, add 140 ml water (or) Mix 1 cup of powder with 1¼ cup of water.
2) Mix uniformly to form fine batter without lumps.
3) Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
4) Add little cooking oil to Idly moulds.
5) Pour the Idly batter into Idly moulds.
6) Steam Idly’s for 10-15 mins and serve with chutney.
