• Before you start testing, gather all the necessary items: your OneTouch Select Simple blood sugar testing machine, OneTouch Select 10 test strips, a lancet device, and a new lancet.
• Take a fresh OneTouch Select Strip from its vial.
• Insert the test strips into the meter.
• With a lancing device, draw a small drop of blood from your fingertip or other approved sites.
• Apply the blood onto the test strip within the meter and wait for about 5 seconds.
• The meter will display your glucose level.

• Test strips are only for single use. Do not reuse test strips.
• Do not use test strips if their expiry date has passed.
• Keep them in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C.
• Do not refrigerate test strips or use them if condensation (water buildup) is visible on the meter. Move your meter and test strips to a cool, dry location, and wait for the meter surface to dry before conducting the test.
