Oilatum Cream 40gm

Oilatum Cream, 40 gm is used to treat eczema and related dry skin conditions. Eczema is a disease in which skin patches become inflamed and rough with sores which may lead to itching and bleeding. The skin losses moisture and it may peel, crack, irritated and the skin becomes dry.

Oilatum Cream, 40 gm contains liquid paraffin and white soft paraffin. Liquid paraffin works by avoiding water loss from the outer coating of the skin. This reduces dryness and leaves the skin hydrated and soft. White soft paraffin gives a layer of oil on the surface of the skin and avoids water evaporation from the surface of the skin and helps to moisten the skin. 

Use Oilatum Cream, 40 gm as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to use Oilatum Cream, 40 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience redness, irritation, and sensitisation. Most of these side effects of Oilatum Cream, 40 gm do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Oilatum Cream, 40 gm should not be used if you are known to be allergic to Oilatum Cream, 40 gm or any other medicines. Do not smoke or go near nude flames as there is a risk of severe burns. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before starting Oilatum Cream, 40 gm. Oilatum Cream, 40 gm should not be used for children less than three years, as efficacy and safety have not been established.
