Directions for Use:
1-2 servings per day or as directed by a physician/dietician.

Oral Feeding:

• Gradually add 30 g (12 scoops) of Supplement-D to 120 ml of lukewarm water or milk

• Stir well until completely dissolved

Enteral Feeding:

• Follow the physician's or dietician's instructions

• Use a shaker or suitable closed container for preparation. The condition of the patient should be considered when determining the proper flow rate, volume and dilution to achieve optimum patient tolerance
